Renae Gary joined PE AS Vice President, Human Resources in May 2019.  Renae comes to PE with close to 20 years of experience in Human Resources in multiple industries.  Through Renae’s career she has led organizational change through strengthening the people programs and transforming organizations into profitable, customer-focused global entities.

Prior to coming to PE, Renae was VP, Human Resources with Admiral Insurance Group of W.R Berkley Corporation in New Jersey where she reported to the President.  Renae led the transformation of the HR function by developing and aligning the company’s people programs to achieve its growth and cultural objectives.  Prior to Admiral, Renae worked at ICON Clinical Research for 15 plus years where she held multiple roles, her most recent was a global Strategic Business Partner for multiple divisions within the company.  During her time at ICON, Renae supported the company’s growth from 700 employees to 10,000, this included acquisitions, strategic organizational designs, implementation of the company’s talent management strategy and leading culture change initiatives.

Renae graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Marketing.
