| 360° TOTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM™ |
In our experience in working and talking with doctors around the
country, we have found one thing to be true across the board – doctors
just want to get back to being doctors. Not administrators, not claims
inspectors, not filing clerks, just doctors. Most want to just get
back to providing the highest quality care for their patients.
The 360° Total Management Program was our response. This is
our comprehensive suite of business solutions for all aspects of
developing and managing a freestanding endoscopy center.
Physicians Endoscopy handles all aspects of the business and development,
from planning and construction, to human resources and equipment
procurement. We take care of insurer contract negotiations, billing
and database services and even accreditation, licensing and patient
information organization.
Our 360° Management Program also extends to our Joint Venture
Partnerships between physicians and hospitals. While most hospitals
recognize that they know very little about how to manage a surgery
center, which is totally different than managing a large facility
with many services, they realize they need to work with their physicians
to retain positive relationships. Combining our expertise with the
values a hospital can bring to the venture makes good business sense.
The joint venture adds credibility and a referral base to the freestanding
center, while still funneling a revenue stream back to the hospital.
Moreover, many patients of the ASC are referred back to the hospital
for ancillary tests and services. It is truly a “win-win’ for
both physician and hospital.
