The Colon Cancer Coalition, the organization that started Get your Rear in Gear, supports the event in raising money to help the fight against colon cancer. The Colon Cancer Coalition is a national grassroots organization dedicated to furthering the advancement of colon cancer awareness and screening.
Each year, over 4,000 participants and volunteers come together in Philadelphia to honor survivors, remember those we have lost, and help spread awareness about colon cancer.
