Legal Considerations When Selling ASC Shares

One of the most impactful things an ambulatory surgery center (ASC) can do to continue to grow and develop the center is to bring in new physician partners through the sale of equity. PE, the leader in the development and management of GI ambulatory surgery centers, is proud Central Jersey Ambulatory Surgical Center (CJASC) has become its 58th partnered center across the U.S. and seventh in the State of New Jersey.

CJASC is a two-room multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center that opened for operations in 2002.  The center currently performs over 8,000 procedures annually. Ohio Gastroenterology Society (OGS), Columbus, OH

The annual meeting of the Ohio Gastroenterology Society provides a forum to receive up-to-date information from topic experts, and to share and debate issues that may result in better office procedure responsibility and patient safety. Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology (PSG), Farmington, PA

The Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology (PSG) Annual Meeting, organized by the PSG, will take place from Saturday, September 9th to Sunday, September 10th 2017 at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington, PA. The PSG represents the interests of approximately 300 gastroenterologists, certified registered nurse practitioners, physicians’ assistants, and nurses statewide.

4th Annual NY Metro ASC Symposium, New York, NY

This one-day seminar is devoted to ambulatory surgery centers, and is focused on the most pressing business, technological, regulatory, legal and clinical issues facing ASCs on a daily basis. It will take place in New York, NY October 20, 2017 at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan

World Congress of Gastroenterology at ACG 2017, Orlando, FL

One of the largest conferences that the team at Physicians Endoscopy will attend this year is the World Congress of Gastroenterology at ACG 2017. This event will be held in partnership with The American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) Annual Scientific Meeting and Postgraduate Course. It will take place in Orlando, FL October 15-18, 2017 at the Orange County Convention Center.

The team will collaborate and engage with colleagues within the field, and also learn about clinical updates, discuss global health issues, and learn about the technical methods that are changing across the globe.
