Physicians Endoscopy’s flexible partnership models offer GI physicians access to a full-service team of 150 support staff who work exclusively on the business and operational components of single-specialty endoscopy centers each and every day. We collaborate with GI physicians to establish partnerships that are customized to their center’s unique needs and afford them the opportunity to maintain control of their center’s future.

With PE’s flexible acquisition models and extensive financial resources, we have the ability to acquire a majority or minority ownership in GI licensed ASCs with a rapid cycle to close the transaction. And we are as flexible as possible on deals terms insuring the ongoing partnership is satisfactory to all parties.

What makes Physicians Endoscopy’s acquisition model different?

  • Minority Purchase: less than 50% equity purchase while the physicians maintain majority equity and control of their center.
  • Majority Purchase: 51% equity purchase with continued strong distributions. PE may dilute their ownership for a future hospital partner who can bring ongoing value to the relationship.
  • Strategic Business Partner: single-specialty focused in GI—providing the highest level of professional service and guidance for your center’s future.
  • Funding: transactions close typically within 90 days and are 100% cash funded at closing.
