We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative to join our CBO.
Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years experience with processing healthcare claims. This important position with PE requires a team-player who possesses excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Electronic and paper claims submission
- Interactions with insurance company personnel to resolve denied claims
- Use of internet to resolve claim issues on insurance companies websites
- Interactions with patients on outstanding claims
- Manage AR aging and days in AR
