Title: Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the Business Development Team working directly with the Marketing Communication Specialist to promote the company making it easy to differentiate from competitors.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of tradeshow/seminar/conference activities
- Research marketing materials: promos, software, materials, etc.
- Design marketing collaterals and direct mail pieces
- Assist with print and internet ad development
- Assist with website design and maintenance. Some HTML or Dreamweaver experience helpful, but not necessary
- Support business development team on various projects for marketing their territories and lead generation
- Some travel to various career fairs and tradeshows required
- Assist with research activities to help analyze specific target markets
- Some phone contact to physician offices, ASCs and hospitals to verify address/contact information
- Maintaining accuracy of physician/hospital databases
- Scheduling travel arrangements for sales team
- Assemble marketing packets for distribution, along with copying, filing, binding and assembling meeting books
- Heavy proofreading of all ads, articles and company quarterly journal
- Additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications or similar degree
- 2-5 years experience in marketing
- Healthcare marketing a plus (preferred)
- Experience working in a sales/marketing department highly desirable
- Technical skills a plus; thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; knowledge of Publisher, Access and CRM (or similar contact management program) very desirable
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and HTML coding helpful, but not mandatory
- Significant proofreading, grammar and professional phone skills a mustSelf-motivated, organized individual with the ability to work well under pressure; detail-oriented

Physicians Endoscopy (PE), the leader in the development and management of endoscopic ambulatory surgery centers, is searching for a Regional Operations Manager
SCOPE: Accountable for the oversight of the administrative and clinical operations of multiple ambulatory surgery centers. P & L, business growth, facility management and staff leadership and development responsibilities. Serve as a key member of the Senior Operations Team. Assume leadership for strategic planning and delivery of outstanding patient care. Key areas of focus include: partner relations, staff development, accountability for assisting with budget preparation and financial performance results, facility site selection, design and construction management.
Scope of the job includes:
- Serve as the interim ASC Administrator for new facilities
- Provide oversight for multiple centers in the NY and NJ markets
- Mentoring and planning for site administrators
- As the operations manager, participate on multiple operating boards
- Work with other PE departments on designated projects and deliverables
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 - 10 years experience in a senior management role within the healthcare services industry
- Knowledge of GI Ambulatory Surgery Center operations
- MBA or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to bring exceptional business acumen as well as creativity to the operations and management of healthcare facilities
- Demonstrated ability to function as a strong member of a highly motivated and integrated management team
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a successful operating infrastructure in a service oriented setting that sustains and promotes company growth
- Ability to strategically develop and execute corrective action plans for underperforming centers
- Demonstrated ability to build teams, manage people, and manage client relationships
